VOX Cinemas City Centre Shindagha

We were excited to watch a movie at VOX Cinemas in Al Shindagha 25/07/25- 11:00PM, but the experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the customer service executive at the ticket counter. Instead of assisting us politely, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, especially when we had simple questions about the tickets and seat selection. Please understand we are not there for your free service , we paid for watch cinema As regular moviegoers, we expect at least basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was missing. No smile, no patience — just a rushed attitude. It felt like we were bothering them by simply asking for assistance. Cinemas should be a place of comfort and leisure, but this encounter left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope the management looks into customer service training and ensures better treatment for future visitors.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Sindhama Vox Cinemas. We were a group of 8 people there to watch a movie, but they didn’t allow us in because we had a 15-month-old baby with us. They also refused to refund the money. The manager, Atif, acted innocent like he was doing the right thing, but the service was really poor. I understand if it’s the policy, but a 15-month-old baby can't be left at home alone. I didn’t feel respected as a customer, and I’ve been a loyal customer of VOX cinema for more than 12 years.. I understand that there are rules from Bany in Dubai, but being so strict with a 15-month child doesn’t make sense. There are always special cases. Please try to more easier for geniune costomer

One of vox cenema staff name is pinky si very friendly the way she treats customers is amazing unbelievable,that is why we are coming to watch again Nepali movie pitamber tonight @8:30PM show in vox cinema Sindhaga city center. I would like to advise everyone to meet pinky for any kind of assistance.

Alwayz love the theatres there! And love the staff pinky ! She is truly patient, kind and cooperative! Even gave 5 hrs parking time , so nice to be there and see her warm welcoming 😘🥰
