VOX Cinema at Mall of the Emirates is a must-try if you’re after a cozy, premium theater experience. The reclining leatherette seats and sofas are super comfy and adjustable—you can set them just how you like. The atmosphere and design are on-point, with a real cinematic vibe that feels polished and inviting. Service earns high marks too: friendly staff, blanket & pillow options in Theatre screens, and food delivered to your seat all add to the comfort. It’s a wonderful, calming experience—definitely worth trying.

Had the entire IMAX theater to myself early in the morning — what a perfect start to the day! The seats were super comfortable and came with a small foldable table, which made the experience feel premium and relaxed. I also tried the breaded chicken and it was surprisingly delicious — way better than your average cinema food. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're looking for a top-notch movie experience in Dubai!

I tried the box theatre imax pods. The experience was nice overall, I recommend adding the theatre package for food. The complimentary things like the popcorn, olives and drink was nice. The lounge and toilets are nice. The screen itself is the best I’ve seen in the UAE. However, the price is high. I would only visit for a highly anticipated movie.

I had the best experience at VOX the theatre! Alejandro assisted me and my family, and his service was excellent. He had a great attitude, spoke politely, and was very professional. What really stood out was his big smile and positive energy—it made us feel welcome and comfortable. He went above and beyond to assist us, and it truly made our cinema visit so much better.
