Vox Cinema is a great place to watch movies. The atmosphere was good and everything from start to the end of the movie was smooth. The staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the movie.
Had a great experience at VOX Cinemas thanks to Manager Faisal and staff member Cristina. We arrived late and missed our original movie time, but they were very understanding and helpful in assisting us to change the showtime. Really appreciated their support and excellent customer service!👍👍
An amazing Vox 4DX theater is also located on the premises, as well as a cafe and play areas for children. While I visited in July 2025, I was most pleased to find that there were no parking fees for basement parking
Visited VOX Cinemas Grand Hyatt for a 4DX movie, and it was amazing! The seats moved with the action, really adding to the experience. It was fun and immersive - a great way to enjoy a film. Definitely coming back with the family next time!
While the cinema is spacious with nearly 10 screens, it’s in urgent need of renovation. The seating is very old and uncomfortable, and definitely needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the men’s toilets were also in poor condition with a strong, unpleasant odor. The overall experience could be much better with some basic maintenance and upgrades.
