I have used their services a few times. They are reliable to take your package and send it to Ethiopia. As of this writing, they charge you a standard 100 AED and 25 AED per kg. My complaint: They tend to charge you for more weight than the actual weight of the package. For instance, if your package weighs 5.3 kg, they'll charge you for 6, 7 or 8 kg. In one instance, I was charged 45% more than the actual weight of the package. This is wrong. They aren't clear on how they calculate the "chargeable weight" either. The weight of an item at your business should be the same as its weight measured elsewhere.

They are Fast and Reliable courier i ever met and of course reasonable price too
