Sold me a Patek Philippe, claimed it had box and papers, they’d just need to find them and would then call me…in reality they only had papers. They then told me “the supplier couldn’t find the box”, but said they’d get me one. This was in 2021 and I’m still waiting….

Would not got there again. I sold a watch that they then marked up 90% and at the same time bought a watch (overpayed) based on trust (my mistake ). They then tell me if you want to sell the same watch (Rolex Daytona) that they will deduct 25%. Basically there are allot better places with much better deals. You just need to ask. Never again.
