We had the pleasure of having Raymon and Lawrence over to fix some blockages in our toilet and also to inspect the ventilation issues in all our bathrooms. They also went above and beyond to inspect other issues for us, which we truly appreciate. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism stood out. But what really made a difference was their attitude—genuinely kind, cheerful, and smiling throughout the entire time. You could feel the positive energy they brought into the space, and it honestly made the whole situation feel less stressful. It’s not every day you come across service professionals who are not only skilled at what they do but also clearly love their work and care about the people they’re helping. Had the AC team coming over today to check a fault on one unit. As usual the WWFI team were professional and polite. They are very clean and tidy in the way they work. They are thorough and always do the required checks before completing their work. They always patiently answer any questions we have and explain! Thank you to Ian and Chester who were here today with a smile. Its rare to come across this type of maintainence service and I am glad we chose WWFI. Please keep up service standards.

Arvin and Don were great! They assessed the problem quickly and clearly communicated how they could fix it. They had the part necessary to replace and managed to get our hot water running again. I would highly recommend their services.

Professional, courteous, experienced, efficient service. We had an issue with our air con, the motor failed. Given a date for replacement, as soon as they received the part, they returned to fix it. The air con works better than before because these guys know how to adjust the settings properly. We now have less humidity problems. The warranty contractors we had to put up with never resolved anything properly, never brought more than 1 tool and usually no ladder. Their way to fix the humidity dripping from a ceiling vent was to block it off with gaffer tape. A different company, on the community 'recommended list' couldn't even wire a plug socket correctly, then never returned to finish the job, leaving a hole. Last night, the water pump was found constantly running. It had leaked into the cupboard. Not wanting to be without water for long, today, We Will Fix It came out and replaced it. Once again, job done properly. I like these guys ethos. They clearly explain the problem and the costs. No, maybe they are not the cheapest, but, the problem gets resolved straight away. The guys are always well presented and pleasant to deal with. Reliabilty found, well worth the peace of mind. I will always choose this company first. Thanks.
