Webbeds provides booking services over booking.com ("book with a partner") - however they take more than a month to provide an invoice. And this invoice is not fit for travel expenses claim, because they do not fill in company address. Multiple requests to booking.com do not solve the issue. Booking should cease working with this partner.
I booked the golden sands creek hotel at dubai via webebds. when we arive to the hotel with my mother, we saw WEBBEDS was cancelled my booking by themself.whitout any advance information. we dont have room and also WEBBEDS didnt take any responsibility for it. they just told it was mistake and inform me now you have room! I got the room by myself not their support and stay with my old mother in the lobby for more than 3 hrs. I dont recommend to use this travel agency at all if you think different you can look at my booking cancelation picture and make difficulty for yourself. Webebds team; I was in this hotel for 3 nights and as professional action I thought atleast one person from your company will come to the hotel to see the condition!
