A true nightmare that lasted 6 years. I’m writing this to warn others and save them from the trauma I went through dealing with WebCastle. I spent 6 full years with them, investing a massive amount of money, hoping to build a professional e-commerce website along with Android and iOS mobile apps. But after all this time and financial drain, they failed to deliver anything functional. From the beginning, their project management was chaotic, communication was vague and unstructured, and every time I raised concerns, I was promised results that never came. The team kept missing deadlines, delivering incomplete or non-functional modules, and eventually abandoned the project altogether. Even after repeated emails and polite follow-ups, I begged them to at least hand over the work so I could shift the project to another firm. But they remained indifferent, careless, and highly unprofessional. They neither completed the work nor returned my files in a usable format. As a result, I lost not only 6 years of valuable time but also my entire investment. This is not just incompetence—it's negligence on a whole new level. They have zero accountability, no commitment to clients, and absolutely no sense of professionalism.
