The red light therapy sauna and cold plunge have become a key part of my routine — they leave me feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and energized every time. I also see Anita for spiral stabilization therapy, and she’s been incredible. Not only has she helped me, but she’s made a huge difference in my mother’s journey with leg pain and walking. Her care, knowledge, and genuine passion make every session impactful. Highly recommend Wellnest for anyone looking to feel better, move better, and recharge deeply.
Visited Wellnest Dubai with my partner and had a great experience. We tried the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and manual sports recovery – all were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made us feel really looked after. The whole experience felt personal and well thought out. We’ll definitely be returning.
