Wendy's - Dubai Mall

I have this fear of trying new things (especially when the calories scream louder than the flavors). This place was on my BIG wishlist I romanticized it, manifested it, and guess what? Reality served me frozen disappointment. Ordered a double patty beef burger that looked like a dream in the Image display but tasted like it came out of a freezer straight into betrayal. Hard, dry, and joyless. Paid extra for ‘spicy’ and they just threw in jalapeños like it’s a charity meal. No combo, no love, just a sad expensive patty pretending to be gourmet. Hardee’s, you’re still the OG I will never prefer this over Hardeesssasssss

Very bad experience — from the cashier to the service girl, their attitude was very rude. This is the first time I have experienced such behavior from a big restaurant chain. They behaved as if they had no interest in selling to me. I bought takeaway, and just look at how they packed it! They didn’t even provide a proper bag — they handed me the drink in one hand and the food in the other. I found it very difficult even to open the door. Worst experience. Management, please provide proper bags, even if you need to charge customers for them.

staff are very friendly specially chanica she assisting the customers in very polite with a perfect smile.. food was great and delicious..
