Wercore Cleaning and Pest Control Services LLC

Someone recommended I try Wercore for a deep cleaning service for my house, so I decided to give it a go. Their service was excellent – they showed up on time, and the results were impressive. It felt like a great change once it was done. I also opted for pest control because of a cockroach issue, and it really made a difference; the problem has been drastically reduced.

Update: I had contacted Wercore again as there was a roach sighting in my home (Sep.13), got no response, followed up again on the 16th (got a quick reply saying they were off sick, then stopped replying), messaged again on the 17th, 18th to which they replied and then rescheduled. The 19th I contacted them again mentioning how increasingly difficult it is to get a reply from them. I finally got a call back and they tried to charge me 100 AED saying that the contract is close to being over despite it not being over. I refused to pay as my service was under warranty until the 27th of September. They showed up on the 21st of september. When I had used them a second time too they had delayed their response to me and made excuses. Whilst I liked the service initially, the fact that they dishonored their contract made me feel a bit hesitant to want to continue services with them in the near future. I've changed my 5 star rating to a 2 star for dishonesty and attempting to cheat. Original: We recently used Wercore pest control services for our new villa as our temp help brought roaches to our place. I messaged via WhatsApp and spoke to ms Sahela. She was extremely professional, quick to respond to my urgent request. We had a great team come in and do a spray of the entire house. They had warned us that sometimes it takes a couple tries as some babies might have been missed from the nest and to get in touch with them after 7-10 days if it was unsuccessful. We did have to use their service a second time, it took a bit longer to get a reply this time around but sure enough the team did show up and we haven’t had any pests since! Highly recommended if you want reliable service. The team went as far as spraying the gutters outside the house to ensure all their breeding grounds are tended to.

I previously used Wercore Services for water tank cleaning, and I am pleased to share my positive experience. Their services were timely, effective, and well-coordinated with my team. I would like to specifically commend Ms. Shahla for her exceptional support in completing the job, especially since it was on an urgent basis. Even though we scheduled the cleaning on a weekend, they delivered satisfactory results, and I am happy to share my appreciation for their efforts.
