Wescott Hotel

BaD Day Bad momentof My Life. Where I did not- sleep 24 hour. From July 11th to 13th, 2025-we had booked the Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai. And my relatives book since 10th to 15 th almost 5-6 rooms . As per the advice of my friend we decided to stay there for another night because we were relatives there. We also booked the hotel on the 13th, but that 12th was the last day of my Emirates ID validity And I could not stay. I also know that my new ID is in the process here. i explain & request to him but he did not understand. he also know that. who sits at the desk there, who behaves like an animal, who does not know how to talk to people.who keep on saying no no no . who does not know how to behave. I felt like they were his close relative and put on a coat and kept their people there to give them a job. After I could not stay, my friend also did not stay in that room and he left me. After fearing that they would not let me stay there, my friend was already angry with the behavior of the people working there, from the day they arrived, the behavior of that person name called "Jasnu" Our relative was on room no 421, she is a famous folk singer of Nepal, and they even stopped her in the elevator on the last night. Due to the same behavior, my friend was already drunk with alcohol, and instead of handling the drunk person, he got even more angry after fighting with him. Later, some incident happened there, in which the hotel has made good money. We have understood that the profit of 5500 was made on a loss of 15/16 hundred, which is the profit of the Wescott Hotel. I had to stay there till around 6 am And I, who had woken up at 10 am the previous day, didn't get a chance to sleep till 10 am the next day. I had to take the metro to Discovery Gardens. I request to him he is keep on saying no one to stay at the Westcote Hotel. He don't know how to talking with the guests. Iam not going to stolen and run away. I also work in a five-star hotel in The Dubai since 17 years But does...

I had an exceptional stay at Wescott Hotel in Bur Dubai. The room was purely comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff, management, and assistance were all truly professional and welcoming. Everything was handled with care, and I felt completely at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai. Mr. SAURABH from housekeeping is excellent, very helpful and kind, my room is always clean, and he will ask if I needed anything, makes me feel comfortable. I hope the management recognize this and award him accordingly. Thanks SAURABH, I will definitely be back.

I recently stayed for a week at Wescott, the room was nice and quite. Perfect Housekeeping service specially that lady (AARTI)who cleaned the one for our room, friendly, polite and patient for the guest excellent cleaning everyday ,changing linens Thanks to her(🤗)I'm proud of her job providing 2 bottle of water par day is not enough Advice to give more water and provide bathroom amenities
