West Avenue Apartments

I have lived in this building for almost a year now and I am very happy with the location. It is clean, pool is great, very family friendly, covered parking. I don't give a 5stars because of the water pressure in shower that could be better and sport center that needs a refresh.

Avoid this property, we booked the property to stay for 2 weeks and we found a disaster. It has mould, furniture broken, dirty everywhere.I attached some photos in the photo section where you can see the reality of this building. And bonus, they don’t want to give us the money back.

These people are serious cheater, sales manager will promise you something and you will get something else. I strongly advices, suggest to everyone do not purchase anything from them. They will take your money and run away and if you want to confront them, they will directly say we can not do anything

One of the best residential buildings in the marina, great amenities (fully equipped gym and turquoise water pool), covered parking available and a 8 minutes walk away from the beach! 3 minutes away from marina walk on foot. Great quality finishing inside and outside the units. 3 minutes walk away from the metro station.

I wished we had -100 or something to be given. Never sign up for any package these guys I recommend “I purchased a holiday package from West Avenue Services for AED 13,500. While the offer seemed promising at the time of purchase, I later discovered that there were several conditions — such as limited availability during holidays and scheduling constraints — that made it difficult for me to actually benefit from the package. I was asked to sign documents during enrollment, which I now understand limit the possibility of a refund, though these terms were not clearly explained at the time. I felt disappointed by the overall experience and was unable to get much support from the staff afterward. I would advise future customers to fully understand all the terms and limitations before committing to a package. This review is based on my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make informed decisions wisely U could literally put that 13500 for some good use like pay one year fees of school of ur child, do mba something productive. I have wasted my 13500 and this is someone’s three months salary HARD EARNED
