I am a regular guest of this property and I am highly satisfied. Location is one of the best in dubai. Very clean and good housekeeping service.
Worst experience ever. Had to fight hard for hours to get a refund. The apartment had no refrigerator, and when I settled for an icebox, got a very small one. They tried to move me to cheaper options at the same price but I refused. The offered me a discount then reduced the discount amount. Their agent was shouting and threatening a security guard at the property. Their manager was very disrespectful to me.
Westminster Holiday Homes offered us an outstanding experience. The apartment was well-furnished, perfectly located near major attractions, and provided a homely yet luxurious feel. The staff ensured every query was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommended . Thank you
