I’ve been dealing with a broken AC for almost a month during summer, and the maintenance team has been unresponsive and careless. They schedule visits at their own convenience without considering tenants’ availability, even when they know my work schedule. Management does nothing but redirect you back to the same unhelpful team. It feels like they only care about collecting rent, not about providing livable conditions. Very disappointing.

Jawaid Uncle is a blessing in disguise for us from sale, purchase to property management he handles everything very professionally and well. His company is the only company in Dubai which follows their principles more than running for money like others.

Be careful with your security deposit, they con and cheat you. No service, high attitude sales individual. Look for other real estate agency, big office but there are many other real estate companies.

Most ratings are false as they have only 1 review, genuine are the 1 star as they really cheat you in deposit and charges extra and add unnecessary terms, never resolve your problems and would be forced to live in bad condition of apartment or fix with your own money and forget about security deposit as it will never be returned. Stay cautious or stay away.
