I’m really disappointed with my experience at Wizard Immigration. When I first approached them, I was clearly told there was a 100% guarantee of admission for my master’s application. That promise made me trust them and pay the full amount without hesitation. But unfortunately, my application was rejected. After that, they refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund, even though their earlier words gave me so much confidence. What hurt more was how they communicated after the rejection—there was no real support, just silence and blame-shifting. I felt misled and let down. If you’re seriously planning your education abroad, I’d recommend being very careful before working with them. Look for people who are honest from the start.

Wizard Immigration is by far the best immigration company globally, why I'm saying that is because the entire team especially Mr Joseph Dedi went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. They are fraud Almost 2 years now but my 2 cousins are still waiting for visa. They took money from you and think it’s lost. They will give you blur work permit and put you on embassy appointments. I think this work permit is also a fraud because it is blur and you can’t verify this. More than 1 year didn’t get a response from them. When you talk with them about refund, they will say its not option. Poor service

I have no trust with the wizard and no concern about it, because I wasted money and my precious time, which I will never get back. I have been waiting for a year for an appointment date. However, the actual situation is that Poland MBC is not providing an appointment date for some reason; however, they are assuring us. There are so many applicants like me who have been facing this kind of situation. I don't mean that the wizard is a fraud, but they are implicitly fooling us.
