I appreciated his efforts and for securing my booking. It is 4 stars and not 5 stars because the process is longer than it should be. Redeeming vouchers should be smoother and easier process. It took a few days to communicate with the destination partner, check availability, then confirm details with me, then check again with the partner, etc. The process can be improved and enhanced. But overall, I am happy with the experience.
