Very professional snagging of a new 2 bedroom apartment led by Rochelle and team. Two AC technicians found a fault in the AC system and everything was thoroughly checked down to the most minute details. The full report was ready the next day. Worst property nanagement I ever dealt with. Leased 1 year apartment and issues with building infrastructure arised (leaked pipe inside the wall causing seepage and fungus all over the place) on the 9th month and no resultions until my lease expired. Owner may also contribute to this unresolve issue, 709 Lake View Tower JLT should be condemned and not for rent due to health hazard issue. Getting deposit refund was also quiet a headache where it take almost a month and agent is very slownin response.
