The staff were super helpful from the moment we walked in the showroom. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helped us with customizing a sofa. Definitely recommend you speak to him if you ever visit. We also liked that the sofa has a 5 year warranty and if the feather filling compacts a little over time you can take it back and they will refill.
