Xclusive Maples Hotel Apartments Dubai

Very Disappointing Experience at Xclusive Maples Hotel Apartment. We stayed at Xclusive Maples Hotel Apartment for 14 days in a two-bedroom apartment, accommodating five adults and two children. Unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant. When we asked to extend our stay for just one additional day or for a late check-out for 5 hours for a full a day charge or just a room to keep our luggages, we were surprised by the refusal. It would have been fair for the hotel to offer us a late check-out for a charge, especially given our extended stay. Instead, we were forced to move to another apartment for just 5 hours. The staff at the new apartment were surprised by how we were treated, which was disappointing and frustrating. Additionally, despite staying for two weeks, the bed sheets were only changed twice. The extra bed- sheets were never replaced, and we had to request towels. Two days before our departure, we were not even provided with towels. Further the swimming pool was always under maintenance during the period and we have request from reception to open the door to pool just to take a look and surprisingly there wasn’t any maintenance and I don’t understand the reason . Given the overall experience, I feel the hotel could have done much better in terms of service and customer satisfaction.

hi im my name is vikas and im regular customer of this hotel one day before checkout the room my cousin brother webt to the reception dest and requested for extension wire or 3 pin plug due to his mobile charger is indian so he cant plug on the charging socket. So on the reception desk one rude staff whose name is sadath working around 4.30 am.on.15 june he said i dont have he said hotel is full and we dont have he completely telling lie completely ignoring guests and i asked him his manager number he said i dont have my manager number so he provide me the his superviser number and ignored him. so.i advise all.of them never choose this property they have cockroaches inside and they wil not listen to u.

Service is the downgrade sometimes I find or else the hotel is great close vicinity to many of things rooms are clean and you get round the clock service even has nearby cafe which is open 24hours recommended for Asian guests!! Breakfast is good with big spread!! Go for highest floors for good views!!

Positives: Staff was very kind and helpful, especially Devang bhaiya. They helped us during times of need, for example, when there was lots of banging from the adjacent room at night and when wheelchair assistance was needed🙂. Breakfast was good on most days and had good variety. Negatives: 2 complimentary water bottles were forgotten and staff had to be reminded 2-3 times per day. There was also no laundry service provided to guests. TV channels were not inclusive for all viewers on the main TV 😢. Overall, we had a very good stay, but there are some things that could be improved 💗💗🏨

Obaid provided very professional service. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was maintained with high hygiene standards. Truly appreciated the experience
