My name is Alexandra Stepanova and I had the pleasure of interning at Xiongmao Digital from August 2022 up until November of the same year. Under the supervision of the CEO, Tatiana Novikova, I carried out duties as the Digital Marketing Assistant. During my time at the company, my tasks included developing and managing digital marketing and communication campaigns, arranging content for related CCMS, leveraging data, insights, and learnings, as well as conducting market research and competitor analysis. Interning at Xiongmao Digital was an invaluable experience where I was able to leverage my skills and obtained relevant hands-on practice. Furthermore, I received support and great feedback from my supervisor which pushed my creative limits and helped me grow as a marketer. I am very thankful for this experience.
