⚠️Your risk.! Your only ability.! There is no one to help you there. What do you mean by luxury coach bus station? There is not even a bus stop there. Only the car parking of the mall? ⚠️When the bus comes, you'll see a group of people running with luggage. Then you should run too. Or you'll still be sitting there.😅 Then you can go by your dream. A cage made of shelves in the corner of a center mall inside. The reception staff who checked my ticket told me that my luggage was too much (25kg!) and told me to take it and sit on top. If I follow the instructions to go to the first floor of the mall with my luggage and sit, I may miss the Etihad flight from Abu Dhabi. Because there is no display to see the bus time there. Those who come with 5 kg luggage can travel smoothly with their own observation. Or they will have to listen to the rude counter staff. Without a trolley service, you have to carry your luggage yourself and walk. I ran🏃🏻 to the next bus carrying 25+7 kg of luggage and got a seat 💺 , so I got on the bus at the correct time. The journey in the bus was comfortable. And they also gave me water to drink. Thanks Etihad Airways for the kindness of giving me water to drink after running🙏😁. 💔I wouldn't choose this anymore if I were traveling with luggage.

Small bus station located in a little mall area. Not much of a waiting area of only 10 seats to sit down so don’t arrive too early. No free Wi-Fi. In the mall there are a couple of places to eat, a small supermarket, and toilets. I didn’t see any cell phone charging outlets.

Delivery from Dubai to Abu Dhabi Airport is free of charge, but if you have an etihad ticket, if you don't have an Etihad ticket, you can pay 25 dirhams and you will be transferred to you if seats are available . There is Wi-Fi on the bus, we drove 1 hour and 20 minutes approximately

Guys, read it fully If you booked a ticket from Abu Dhabi to somewhere and the ticket itself has the code XNB then this bus service is free to drop at Abu Dhabi airport. Busses are well managed by the crew members. They have the name list of your's so, please just go and talk to them. (they're inside the mall - enter and take left). There's a waiting area on 1st floor you can sit. They'll call you once the bus is ready. A porter will be available to help you to stack your luggages. My personal recommendation don't take heavy and multiple boxes, since it's a bus and other's also have to get theirs. Ideal would be 1 standard suitcase luggage. Overall this service is recommended
