Excellent Customer Service 👍🏻
This two stars are just for a knowledgeable driver & good car. But am very disappointed with the payment system which is the main part of SERVICE. XXRide charged me twice for the same ride. One amount was been charged before the car arrival and other one more amount was been charged by XXRide while arriving at Destination. If this App - do not resolve my query, I will not be using this APP any more and will be uninstalling it and will be informing to my friends not to use this app. This is really not acceptable !
Excellent experience, Driver was very kind. I enjoyed his music album.
It was nice experience with this company.Definitely will use services again whenever come to Dubai.
