i will speak about my experience here why it’s so hard to have an appointment! with your company and after taking the appointment no one shows up. this is the second time it’s happening and it’s not a good way to treat a customers like that

My experience with Yakka has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The AC control software is poorly designed – it’s neither user-friendly nor functional. Even something as simple as adjusting the temperature offset requires a technician visit, which costs 150 AED if it’s not covered under warranty. This is a basic setting that should be accessible to users directly, but it isn’t. Service is slow and unresponsive. You wait days for an appointment, and when someone finally shows up, the issue usually isn’t fixed. Instead, the blame is passed back to the developer. We’ve been waiting for over two months now, and with summer fast approaching, this lack of resolution is unacceptable. Overall, a very negative experience. Poor technology, poor support, and zero accountability – definitely not what you’d expect from a premium housing development. The only plus point is that their stuff speaks proper English and is very polite in most cases, but the overall service is poor regarding communication, response, solution and user interface of the gadgets

Such company handling big project in sharjah and the only way to reach out for any emergency/urgent request is a mobile number and the guy is always busy in addition to not showing up on scheduled appointment. The whole system got disconnected and here attached how bad the service is!

The staff is extremely professional and polite. The devices are excellent as well. I highly recommend this company.
