Not only has it brought so much happiness and energy into my week, but it’s also helped me shed some extra weight—all while having an absolute blast! The vibes at this place are incredibly positive and what sets this class apart is Sarthak, our amazing instructor. His energy is unmatched, and his passion for dance and teaching shines through in every session. No matter how full the class is, he manages to pay attention to every single student, motivating us to push our limits while still having fun. Joining the yalla fit class has given me so much joy and happiness along with a good amount of weight loss. It is the perfect happy workout for the week. I just love the entire vibe of this studio, it's warm, energetic, inspiring and contagious. I attend the fitness class twice a week and it's the best two days of my week. Sarthak our trainer, motivator, breaks down the moves in a way that are easy to follow and helps burns calories. The class is a perfect mix for anyone looking to keep themselves fit while loving the experience. I highly recommend it, can't wait to sweat it out in the next one!! YALLA!!!
