Horrible!! Yala courier has proven to be an absolute disaster—worse than a bad service experience .** I paid for my shipment to be door to door (personal luggage) —once abroad, and then again upon arrival in Jordan. They demanded 500 JOD just to release what was already mine. And I have contacted Yala Dubai how come if the service door to door and I can’t have my stuff unless I have to pay again for clearance as I am leaving Jordan to the state after couple of days Appreciate reaching this to Yala management This is just the beginning—if things don’t change, I won’t stay silent, and I will escalate this further

Big time cheater… I am following on my courier from last 15 days… these guys are fraud.. they don’t handle courier directly. Just a middle man.. once I did paid them, they sent 3rd part to collect the courier. When I told them I will pay all the fee including customs fee, they never mentioned about customs fee while taking parcel as its clothes and now the courier is stuck for not clearing, it’s just clothes they are not ready to take responsibility to find out the fee and clearing the item. They are just share phone number to us to speak and those number shared they don’t respond.. big time cheater.. don’t at all send courier with them.. I am planning for baladiya complaint for cheating.
