Booked a private safari tour. Great experience with great guide - Abdullah. Picked us up from our hotel and went straight to dune bashing since we didn’t choose to do the quads - no waiting. Abdullah was very good at the dune bashing and took very good pictures! Then proceeded to take us to the camp with another driver who was also very great at another round of driving through the desert. Camels were very adorable! Then had the dinner and the show and was a very nice experience overall. Be aware that theres 2 sections at the camp (normal one included in price where you have a specific time for dinner and drinks & another where you pay 50aed per person for VIP where you have unlimited buffet, drinks and comfy seats). We took the VIP and it is worth the price. Overall great experience with a great guide!

While on vacation in Dubai, the Desert ATV ride was on our to-do list. While walking along the JBR stretch, we happened upon Yalla Tours. They person at the counter, Ms. Irem, was very customer focused and guided us on the various options available. We selected the duo atv daytime experience. We had a great experience with the team from the prompt pickup from our hotel to the staff who guided us on the atv ride. The atv site is about an hours drive from the city. The staff at the site are super friendly and helpful. They took great care of my son and me. The whole experience was excellent, and I would recommend Yalla Tours for the ATV desert ride. IMPORTANT NOTE: one should carry your own water, or else you can buy it there for Aed 10 (500ml). The scarfs are sold there at a premium but one can negotiate. Your original passport is needed as a security deposit in case you damage the ATV.

Awful Experience!!! Avoid at all costs. I paid for a private tour in a private car. I was told it would be a new car. It had every light on the dash board and drove in limp mode for the full journey. The car wasnt suiteable, the driver picked up random bloke along the way whilst I had my family with me and cut the safari short because he nearly ran someone over. The camp they have their BBQ at Lama Camp i believe is horrendous. A Wait over 2 hours for food when I had my children with me, so i had to upgrade to VIP to eat and the food wasnt great. Not child friendly at all! I gave the tour company the opportunity to rectify but messages have been ignored. The typical message is "we are busy" - once they have your money they dont care about the service. Worst excursion company ive ever had dealings with and they are based on JBR P.S Edit** Clearly i didnt read the comments on Safari / Dune bashing but it seems like they have ruined a number of peoples experience. As I offered them the chance to resolve and they didnt. Dont waste your money
