Great service, quick turnaround, fair prices, and friendly people. They work in other emirates too.
Bad experience. Questionable quality of frames. I bought a 1250 AED Fendi optical frame + 1000 aed for blue light protection lense. The metal holder of the nose pad fell in front of my face while I was tying them on. Horrible quality! I’m awaiting a resolution for my case - which is already taking too long. It not satisfactory I’ll file an official governmental complaint about this company. From my personal experience, would not recommend buying from them.
The service is great and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Definitely will recommend this to my friends.

I gave my daughter's glasses since almost 20 days still they are not sure when they will be able to give it. Very disorganised. They will keep you waiting for hours to give any information and finally that information will also be wrong.
