Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at York International Hotel for 3 days and had a very bad experience from start to finish. Firstly, the staff made me wait unnecessarily regarding issues with my room partner and visitor policy — the communication was poor and the whole situation was handled unprofessionally, causing a lot of stress and inconvenience. Even more concerning, some of my personal belongings were used without my permission while they were stored in the hotel’s luggage room. This is a serious violation of privacy and trust. When I raised the issue, there was no proper response or apology from the management. Overall, the service was unhelpful, the staff lacked professionalism, and I did not feel like a valued guest. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and look for more reliable and respectful alternatives in the area.

Hotel is good to stay, neat and clean. The only thing I don't like is 2:00 pm check-in time, if 24 hours (round the clock) check-in check-out, will be far better. And one more thing is I waited for 30 minutes for check-in as the room was not prepared even though I booked online, at least complimentary water or tea could be served during waiting time And on weekends it is quite expensive. So all these things need to be improved. Rest all good, staff also good.

Review of York Hotel We booked a stay for two days instead of three, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that doesn't provide basic amenities like a kettle, a fridge, or even coffee for the guests. The bedsheets and duvet had blood stains, black marks from bed bugs, and a lot of dust—it's hard to understand how the management can allow such conditions. The room was extremely dirty, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The noise from the bar was so loud that it made it difficult to sleep. It feels like the hotel only cares about promoting its bar and spa. Even the staff at the spa were more focused on flirting and making extra money than on serving customers properly. The most shocking part was discovering bed bugs in the room—this is completely unacceptable. When we wanted to cancel the booking due to these issues, we were told that the money could not be refunded. It's clear that they don't follow any proper hotel policies, and after taking guests’ money, they fail to provide even the most basic services. The pictures online made the hotel look beautiful and clean, but the reality was the complete opposite. I hope the owner reads all these bad reviews and makes serious improvements to the hotel. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. It’s dirty, smelly, and infested with bed bugs, and the service is truly horrible.

Don’t go to this hotel. They are very rude.no Safty. Everyone will come to your room. They will say no one will come to room. But someone came to room. Hotel management will allow stanger in room. They don’t care about safety. When I give complaints to hotel managers he is smiling and he said that is not hi duty. To many bed bugs. I told them clean. But not they just give smile. I recommend don’t go to this hotel. Not safe for family

One of the third class of hotel i stay in my hospitality industry. I will never came this hotel and sorry for comment. You need to improved your basic stander. Dont book this hotel any one..
