Amazing place. I’d messaged on WhatsApp first and got fast responses then, when I went in person, the office and facilities are very modern and clean. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I’d got the girl’s name that helped me, but when she found out I had a bunny, she recommended some snacks they offer and gave me some samples, so I’ll have a very happy bunny. The prices are also great, 50kg bale of premium Timothy hay was around 178aed, and the guys at the hay store wrapped it in clingfilm so the car didn’t get covered in hay.

I'm so delighted this Company exists here in Dubai. Here's why: 1. Good quality The quality of timothy hay can be easily compared to Oxbow brand - good, clean, even the packaging is neat. 2. Affordable AED33.00 for 10kg. Compared to Oxbow which costs hundreds. Imagine that. 3. Chopped hay It's convenient for bunny owners because there's no need to break it off. 4. Nice office and storage (even their silo) You'd typically expect hays, grass, pellets everywhere but not theirs. It's clean and organized. And the displays are awesome. 5. Friendly staff. Angela assisted and she has excellent customer service. There’s also a guy (I was not able to get his name), he immediately spotted me as new customer and helped me with my queries as well. And another guy who has idea about rabbits. He answered some of my questions too. Overall, I’m one happy customer. Zabeel Feed Mill is now my go-to place for my bunnies’ hays. Next, I’ll try their pellets that’s suitable for rabbits. Friendly tips: 1. Their office timing is very confusing. And don’t call during the weekend, no one answers. Don’t email too because it takes long for them to reply. Since their location is far from “civilization”, I suggest visit their office between Monday to Thursday, 9AM to 3PM. 2. Make sure your car has room to place your hays, pellets, etc. because minimum order is 10kg. No need to bring boxes since it’s neatly packed. 3. Mode of payment is either cash or card.

Very poor customer service,replies in 2-3 days both on WhatsApp and call.Also to its regular customer doesn’t give any discounts or offers. Heavens is a better company for horse feed than this one.

Do you ever have someone who can answer the phone? I came all the way from Sharjah today to hear that you close at 3:30 pm not at 4. And your answering machine mentioned that you working from 8 AM to 4 PM. When I want to contact customer service no one ever pick the phone to give correct information about availability of food and working hours!!! Very bad way in dealing with customers
