All Reviews seem to be fake. I walked in after reading reviews that they do not require ID. Turns out that its all false. Would not recommend.

Discreet and friendly staff, impressive level of hygiene that you can spot everywhere in the clinic. If you are living under stress and fears then better to get tested as no ID is required, and the reports are detailed and correct as it stated a health issue that I have from the past. The communications with the staff and the Dr. through the email was quick. I got my reports quickly in 3 parts as I requested a semi-comprehensive package, where I got the first part in less than 8 hours same day. I gave 4 stars as I find it bit pricy and I would be more satisficed if the prices are 20-25% less.

Zack Medical Center at SZR is the only lab you can do all std tests Anonymously no ID required . Highly recommended place for those who were in stress and anxiety like myself. It’s never crowded and the 2 receptionists at the front desk are very helpful and answers to your all questions. They do all tests with reputable labs across dubai. 🙏

Super friendly and helpful staff (unlike some of the other reviews say) also very non judgmental and gay friendly and confidential and anonymous. They don't ask you for an ID, you can give them any name you want, they send you the results by phone or email or you can call then and ask. You can choose the option. If you are gay, don't worry, just ask to have rectal swap as well, the staff and the doctor won't judge you or give you any strange looks. The doctor doesn't say much when you meet him but that's the way he is. But he knows what he is doing. Clean, efficient and discreet.

It is authentic and discrete/confidential as advertised. I went for HIV 4th generation test at around 12:50 pm and got the result same day at 5 PM. The lab results are emailed with the labaratory report from an authentic well known lab center in dubai - i confirmed it myself with the lab center. Very nice staff and neat place and not pricy at all as it saved me buying a ticket round trip back home for this specific test.
