I received a call for delivery at 5:45 PM, but unfortunately, the Zajel counter at Bab Al Falah Amer Center (Al Quoz Mall) closes at 6:00 PM. The following day, I arrived at the counter next day after 9:00 AM, but no staff was present at the Zajel counter. It would be great if delivery timings could align better with the counter’s operating hours, and if staff could be available promptly during posted working hours. Looking forward to improved service in the future.
