No customer service. staff does not seems very interested with some nationalities. Feels they are racist. Purchased a shirt, after a wash it started having loose threads, I raised the complaint, and no one offered any resolution. It has been almost 2 weeks.

About two months ago, I bought a pair of pants from Zara. However, after only two washes, the zipper broke and the pants tore. I took them to the Dubai Mall store to request a return, but an employee named Chen was extremely rude to me. I had the receipt with me, but he refused to accept it, saying it was not valid. Even when I told him that it was given to me by Zara, he did not offer any help. When I said I would file a complaint with the head office, he responded in a disrespectful manner, saying things like, “You can complain wherever you want, I don’t care.” As someone who has been shopping at Zara for years, I am very disappointed by this experience. Please look into this matter.

Dear team, I bought a shirt two days ago for the Eid vacation. I only wore the shirt once on Eid, and after one wash, the color faded. I unfortunately lost the invoice. I never thought this would happen from a highly reputed brand. Please, if possible, kindly arrange for a replacement or a refund. I paid 200 for the shirt. Thanks
