I had a wonderful experience at Zia Medical Center during our recent medical examination. From start to finish, the service was truly top-notch. A big thank you to Faidzah, who assisted me with the booking process so smoothly and ensured all documentation was properly prepared for my insurance reimbursement. Her efficiency and attention to detail made everything so much easier. Saida was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our visit. She guided us with care every step of the way, making the entire process seamless and comfortable. I also want to commend Nayfa, who took our blood samples with such a gentle touch—I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Her professionalism and kindness stood out. Every member of the team, from the valet staff to the receptionists, nurses, and doctor, was warm, welcoming, and efficient. I went to the clinic today and left very satisfied. The professionals are very polite, kind and have a good sense of humor. I had a mammogram with a very careful girl and a pelvic ultrasound with a very attentive doctor. I haven't received the test results yet, so I can't comment at this time. Thank you all for all your kindness. Oh, I forgot to mention the parking... unfortunately it's not very good, but I managed to park the car and everything went well.

Unlike other clinics where check-ups mostly rely on blood tests, Zia goes the extra mile by including detailed examinations like ultrasound, X-ray and several other machine-assisted tests.
