We contracted with Zodiac Pools Dubai this summer. The Project they delivered has totally transformed our garden. Raza and his team delivered an excellent product on time and within budget and liaised closely with us, the client throughout the project to ensure any concerns were dealt with immediately before they became an issue. Raza's team were hard working and kept the site clean and tidy throughout the Project. I would thoroughly recommend Zodiac Pools for any similar work.
I had a heater/chiller and a salt chlorinator installed in August 2023. The sales team were very responsive and the systems were installed fast and without fuss. Really great service. I have had problems with the salt chlorinator for the last couple of months however Zodiac refunded me in full as the issue could not be resolved. They appear generally keen to do right by the customer.
Stay away. Once they take the money, they will never fix anything. Very manipulative people. Their work is not professional also.
