Wonderful kind friendly service in a sweet cafe with coffee and other hot drinks, juices, smoothies, acai bowls and pastries. I love the golden latte, creamy hummus, and brussel sprouts with a surprise of dates. All this in a venue with authentic yoga classes taught by experts .

Wow what can I say Zoga is incredible for Yoga and relaxation. The trainers are amazing especially Jessica, she helps you get your body into them challenging stretches! Loved it and will definitely be back. Their shakes are a dream also!

I want to share my experience with the Zoga DT Location. This was my first and last time with Zoga. After booking class Vinyasa Flow (125 AED) , I was informed by email that I should bring my own mat & towels as Zoga is not providing these at the moment. I was only told about this after payment. I decided to cancel the class immediately because I didn't have a yoga mat. After I clicked the cancel class button, my account was automatically debited because I canceled the class 11 hours before it started. This violates the rules because refunds are only possible 12 hours before the class begins. I called the studio and said that I didn't know that the yoga studio didn't provide yoga mats, and it would have been great to know this before paying for the class. And they replied that I could rent a mat for an additional fee of 50 AED (if I understood correctly). I agreed and booked the class again. In the morning, 2 hours before the class, I received a text message that the class was canceled. And of course, the money for the class was not refunded to me. Can someone explain to me why the studio can cancel 2 hours before the class without a refund, but the student has no right to cancel the class even 11 hours before, and money will be automatically debited? As a result, Zoga Yoga Cafe does not provide yoga equipment, Zoga Yoga Cafe canceled the class, and Zoga Yoga Cafe debited the money.

Hi.. I really like teachers in the studio but unfortunately, i had a terrible morning today. I booked 10 am class purposely because of limited RTA parking space. Today I made my plan for today to start with yoga in the morning. I went there early, and drove every where possible to park. No parking spot at all for 43min. I was waiting my time there for 43min to find parking. I had to come back home. I called the studio, but there was no person who is in charge of. I don’t have free time every day to attend the class. If i knew this, i went to different yoga studios not wasting my day or time. I was not able to attend any of yoga classes this morning because normally most studios in Dubai have only morning and evening time class. I felt drained after this experience. I even cancelled my work and went to the studio this morning, so totally wasted my day. This was not the first time they did not have parking space. Last time, I was late for the class because there is no parking place available, so i parked really far away and walk 20 min to attend. I hope the studio found some solutions… :((

They cancelled yoga class only 34 min before the class while I already came and paid RTA parking fee. And they said they cancelled because of less number of students. What a waste of my day. This is not the first time.
