I had a very bad experience with Zuva Design. I ordered a kurthi top on June 26 as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, her birthday has passed, and I still haven’t received the order. Even worse, the staff was completely unresponsive. No updates, no replies—just silence. After checking other reviews, I realized this isn’t just a one-off issue; even the owner seems to ignore customers and shows the same careless attitude. This ruined what was supposed to be a memorable gift. Truly disappointed and frustrated—this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not recommended at all. I had a disappointing experience with this company. When I shared my concerns, the owner responded by blaming me as the customer rather than addressing the issue. I’m simply sharing my personal experience — this is my genuine review based on what actually happened. I expected better service and communication. Hopefully, this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future customer experiences.

I've visited this store three times now, hoping to find something new each time, but it’s always disappointing. They barely have 3–4 pieces on display for size medium and large, and the biggest issue is the lack of size options — it's usually just XL or XXL available. It's really frustrating when the starting sizes are never in stock. Thankfully, yesterday i discovered a new boutique nearby to this boutique with a wide collection available in all sizes and colors. It was such a relief to finally find variety and proper sizing totally worth the extra distance to travel!

the items in this store are always out of stock unless you get lucky on sizes, and the staff deliberately ignore customer enquiries and dont care to even reply on time. there is no use of even trying to contact the owner as there is never a response on instagram since phone numbers are not published nor shared with customers. I had ordered 2 dresses and due to some reasons wasnt able to receive the delivery. later when I came back and asked them to deliver the items they dint even care to read my messages and respond to me and this was done on purpose and then they have the audacity to tell me that I am making lame excuses and lying. its the worst store to order anything from as there is no proper communication channels and no respect for customers.

Recently I went to your shop from Ras al kaimah, because we are continuously watching lots of beautiful dresses which attracted us and when we are reached there and understand that everything is not affordable and the sales boy is not interested to show us more dresses , very disappointed I returned from there coz I couldn’t get any affordable dresses.. it’s not affordable to common people, the next day I comment on your next day reel that she told that video is below 100 cord set and I just wondered why the previous day no one shows us and today I watched another video they turn off the comment and they didn’t say any apology to their inconvenience and I just think may be it’s a new collection that she shows the new affordable cord sets. Anyway I am very disappointed, I reached there coz lots of video she explained and told it’s affordable.😣😣😣😣😣
