Dear 10 pro Consultant, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from 10 Pro Consultant during my Portugal visa application process in 2023. I paid 10,000AED for your services, but unfortunately, I was provided with improper and incorrect documentation. I had repeatedly requested your team to verify all the documents before submission, and I was assured that everything was in order. However, my visa application was rejected by the Portugal Embassy due to wrong documentation, as clearly mentioned in the rejection notice. Over the past 1.5 years, my case file was handled by three different managers, causing confusion and a lack of consistency in the support provided. After receiving the payment, I was constantly told to “wait for the visa,” with no real updates or accountability. This experience has caused me significant financial loss and emotional stress. I trusted your consultancy for professional guidance, and I feel completely let down. I request a formal explanation regarding this matter and also expect to know if there is any possibility of a refund or proper resolution. I hope to hear from you soon with a satisfactory response.
