I cannot express my love for Al Emad more. This is my go to rent a car here in Silicon Oasis. I’ve been a loyal customer since last year. All staff are friendly and even the guys from online are extremely nice. I’ve rented probably 6 different cars from daily to weekly and monthly and not once I had problem with the services. Their maintenance are up to date and will always ask your preferred time to talk otherwise they’ll send a whatsapp and wait for your reply. They guys attending me from reception to handling the cars are exceptional. Thank you so much until next road trip ❤️

Extremely Unprofessional – Avoid This Company I had a terrible experience with this rental company in June 2025. Poor internal communication, last-minute changes to the agreement, and a filthy car delivered in unacceptable condition — dirty inside and out, with a horrible smell. When I tried to return the car, I was told no replacements were available and was forced to pay the full amount. The staff were rude and dismissive throughout. I decided to let it go, but a month later they charged my account without notice or justification. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided. With service like this, they won’t last in the market.

I had to book a rental car ASAP because it was an emergency. I booked by contacting the sales department through WhatsApp. He booked it for me in 5 minutes. I went to pick up a Mazda 3, and you can give a deposit if you want or pay a 16 dhs waiver charge. The staff was so friendly, and the car was in great condition. I highly recommend it.
