I've rented cars with Bliss Car Rental several times, and each time has been excellent. In addition to making every effort to accommodate you and assist you in selecting the ideal car, the staff team also looks for ways to save you money. Their assistance and flexibility are much appreciated, especially when things change at the last minute. Driving is made less stressful and more pleasurable by the modern, dependable, and high-quality cars I regularly rent.

I absolutely do not recommend renting a car from this company. The car was delivered three hours later than the agreed time, it was dirty on the outside and had trash scattered inside. They took a deposit of 2000 dirhams, and it’s been two years now without a refund. They respond to messages saying they’ll look into it, but never follow up. Their manager lied about quitting the company, but he still works there.

I utilized it on my recent road trip, and I had an amazing experience. The car was in great shape, the personnel was helpful and polite, and the booking process went well. They provide a hassle-free and delightful renting experience, and I heartily recommend them.

Reposting as there is no response its been 6 months already chasing for small deposit. I dont know how financially they are running the business if cannot refund a samll deposit amount. Its a shame! ------------------------------ We rented a car in Dec 2023 and they took a deposit of Aed 1500 which is almost the same amount as of rental . Bliss Car rental informed that the deposit will be refunded back to our credit card after 14 days of returning the car. It's been 3 months of us following but the deposit has not been refunded. Please be aware of renting cars from them . Bliss car rental are not responding to our calls . It's our hard-earned money and they are running a scam. I will take the action with the authorities on our next trip to Dubai. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS.
