Very bad experience with salesman here. We had kept deposit amount and taken sample from them to get approval from our customer. When we went to return the sample, he is telling he cant return the deposit. He is ready to take the material back, but he is not refunding the deposit. On call also they are speaking very rudely and very unprofessional behavior. Very bad experience.
Giving one star just because I can’t review with zero star. Very horrible experience. No professionalism or ethics. They took deposit for us for sample and when we are returning the sample they are not refunding the deposit. Salesman was very rude and u professional.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE SALES PERSON NAME WHICH I DONT WANT TO MENTION. I ENQUIRED PRICE FOR GI SHEET HE GAVE ME A PRICE AND WITHIN MINUTES HE CHANGED THE PRICE SAYING I HAVE GIVEN THIS PRICE ONLY . BASED ON HIS PRICE I QUOTED TO ONE OF MY CUSTOMER , THIS SHOWS THE COMPANYS EMPLOYES PROFESSIONALISM . AS A SINCERE BUSINESS MAN AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO THAT THE COMPANY'S OWNER IS AWARE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THEIR SALES TEAM AND ETHICS .
