Attentive staff, relatively new cars in good condition. Fair prices. Deposit was released quickly – trustworthy. Included mileage could be a little higher; had to pay a couple of bucks extra as we exceeded the included km on a day trip to Jebel Jais and back. Be careful on the Half Desert Road. 😂

Rented a car twice. First time was excellent; nice, clean car at good price. Second time was frustrating; the car was not there, even though I had booked through their app, received a booking confirmation by email and got contacted by one of their employees on whatsapp to confirm. Note: one of the employees is really kind and helpful (Siddarth). Advice: involve him when you book with them, and dont trust the rest of the booking system.
