DRIVUS Car Rental - Dubai

I rented a car from this company twice and I am satisfied with their services. I recommend them to everyone. Very good and kind support department. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Unprofessional Experience I booked a rental car through a third-party website at what seemed like a great price. Shortly after booking, I was contacted by the rental provider who informed me they could not honor the price. After several back-and-forth messages, I was left with the impression that they would not be providing the car at all. However, on the day I arrived at the airport, I received a call from a driver saying he was there to deliver the car. I assumed they had decided to honor the original booking. There was no office at the airport terminal just a person waiting in the car park. I was asked to sign the rental contract in the trunk/boot of the vehicle, in the dark. They also took payment and deposit via a card terminal, and the amount charged was same what was agreed upon through the booking website. I was tired from traveling and, assuming things had been sorted, I didn’t look into it further and took the car. Five days into my holiday, I received a call from the company (Drivus) demanding I return the vehicle. I had booked it for two full weeks. When I explained this, they told me to refer to the contract only then did I realize they had changed the rental term to five days in the paperwork I signed in the dark. I contacted their office and told them they had misled me, but they refused to resolve the issue. I returned the vehicle, as I didn’t want to continue doing business with a dishonest company or risk further problems. My advice to anyone renting a car in Dubai: always choose a provider with a proper office at the terminal. Avoid companies like this that operate out of parking lots and conduct shady transactions.

Great service! On my first visit, I was given a car that felt a bit overused, but after I raised my concern with the staff, they upgraded me at no extra charge.
