I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened EASE store at Dubai Mall yesterday, and it was an impressive experience! From the moment I was greeted by a robot and guided into the store, I was immersed in a fully digital, autonomous journey. Using the e& App to generate a QR code for entry (via the EASE button), I was able to pick up products from the shelf and see them added to my cart automatically. Payment was seamless, and I could leave without needing to speak to anyone. If I changed my mind about a product, placing it back on the shelf would instantly remove it from my cart. For items not on the shelves, such as mobile phones, I could easily order from self-service screens, with robots delivering them from the back office. I’m excited to see more autonomous stores like this opening in Dubai, leveraging the latest AI and robotics technology. Kudos to the tech team for seamlessly integrating this store journey with the app’s user-friendly features—truly a 5-star, fully automated retail experience!

Even though it’s self service , Male staff (2 of them ) unhelpful , uninterested and only responds “ was it’s self service and you’re doing it wrong “ , but couldn’t even assist to help navigate their system

A whole AI store, yet the employees in store to support or to help are not at all. Poor service, and none of the staff want to help or support. It was my first time to the AI store and needed support and the staff are just too busy on their tablets and refusing to provide me with directions! Very very disappointing!
