I strongly advise against investing with Empire Development. They make many promises, but the reality is completely different. Empire Residence 1. Multiple delays and lack of communication: Empire Residence was delivered with significant delays, with no communication or compensation provided. The promised amenities were not delivered at the time of the handover. 10 months later, the rooftop is still under construction, the gym is not ready, and the promised barbecue area is still pending. Furthermore, a "designed" parking lot, which was supposed to be a major selling point, was never delivered. In short, what was promised was never delivered. 2. Poor building quality: The air conditioning and the curtain system have not worked for over a month, but no response has been provided by management. In summary, Empire Development is synonymous with unfulfilled promises: endless delays, poor quality, non-existent amenities, administrative issues. Don’t invest with them if you want to avoid disappointment and frustration What we got : 6 months after handover the roof is still under construction and very poorly done with poor quality equipment (only 3 seats very cheap). The materials in the apartments are still broken. And no gym 9 months after handover ... never seen before !

They silently took the money using the cheque given for guarantee AFTER receiving my payment!! Andrea from Sales office never replies back when asked about delays and updates about the construction! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM!!

Stay away from this developer. AC stopped working within 6 months, they are not fixing despite having 12 month dlp in contract. They are not picking up calls, ignorong emails, they're deleting whatsapp messages. Stay away.
