Another excellent service. I booked sedan but they provided me free upgrade along with free pick up from location. Highly recommend rental company. I booked the cars 3 times and every time experience getting better and better.

Very bad experience. I rented a car and got a 2022 model with low fuel, a terrible smell inside, damage on the outside, and no reverse camera. I complained right away and was told the car would be replaced with a better one. No one called me back, and nothing happened. This company is very unprofessional. I will never rent from them again

My experience was not good at all with this company. They delivered me a dirty, old car in a horrible condition . After i complained and asked to exchange it , they said i should bring it to their office and exchange there . After i arrived they charged me 75AED for half day of usage ( i did not use the car , i just brought it back because i couldnt drive it ) . I paid because they left me with no choice . After that i exchanged for another car that was also in bad condition with dirty walls , and i waited for almost 2 hours in their office to get the new car. Of course i had to pay more for the upgrade . I do not recommend renting with them. They just wasted my time and over charged me . Picures attached

The vehicles are in great conditions and well maintained. The customer service is quick and reliable. The prices are reasonable and very affordable. They take care of any issues and traffic fine. This application and company is very reliable. thanks EZhire team.
