Dear Owner,, Really sorry to inform you regarding your staffs unprofessional way of dealing. They never value our time or to keep commitments they offered. Two times I received a car sedan model with steering complaint .I started the lease from June 14,2025. By this time I have received two car (1 + 1 replacement car) with steering complaint (tight and sometime stuck) which i drive only for 3+1 days (total of 137km + 40km) respectively. This issue is reflecting only after few km drive . I explained all these with proof and they agreed to send me replacement car sedan model. From 28/6/2025 Till now no one brought it . Everyday they make fake promises and make me wait for it unnecessary. Actually I requested them if they are delaying delivery of car either they need to refund my money or should make a contract for one month for replacement car (not yet received) without any additional payment as I am not able to use it . And its dangerous for my life and for others . Even i requsted for your direct number which they didnot share. Would really appreciate if you could look into this matter seriously.

If I could rate it lower I would. The only good thing is the price but apart from that the service is terrible. First time I hired the car they tried to charge me for a fine I didn't have. And the second time the cars battery failed twice and refused to start and I was forced to buy jumper cables. And when I was returning the car the driver took 2 and a half hours to reach even though I had told them to send him earlier. When I messaged them to talk to them no one responded. I beg you never to hire from these people

They offer good promotions, but their customer support is terrible. This is our second time renting a car from them. Everything was fine until Sunday morning, August 3, when the car wouldn’t start. We immediately reported the issue through WhatsApp—the only way to contact them—but received no response the entire day. They finally replied the next day, simply asking what the problem was, but took no further action. As of today, August 5, we still haven’t heard back from them. The car remains unusable, and we’ve had to spend extra money on alternative transportation. Still, we’re trying to reach them with the mobile number from website, but not picking calls.
