A disaster. I've ordered a staircase, and after 2 months, nothing was done, except wrong designs (1 ton heavy staircase for an apartment, or 1st step 28cm high, just to give some examples). Once they finally came after 10 weeks, they started welding, without any safety protection, damaging my property. Instead of 3 days of welding, it took 2 weeks, all of that to finish with bended, not straight metal supports for the steps. Not a single one is well placed. At the end, I will remove these stairs and ask another company to do it. And I have to repair the damages they've done.
