Very happy with my Tissot PRX. The staff was very helpful and they gave me an amazing discount! When I come back to Dubai I will buy another watch here for my girlfriend.

I purchased watch for my wife in Hour choice shop in Dubai. Really sales guy Yuki is welcome with smile. Her sales approach is good and giving spec. of each watch helped me to select right watch to my wife. My wife loved my selection. Thanks to Yuki

I have just visited the outlet. The service and behavior of the person who dealt with me was horrible. It was not professional at all. He was rude and quite offensive. I don’t know who has given him that authority!! The entitlement of that guy was shocking. I am attaching the picture (guy standing at the main counter with the black mask).

I had an amazing encounter with sarvesh in rivoli Dubai mall. One of the best experienced. Its already end of the day yet the smile on his face makes customers feel so welcome and happy.
