I have just visited the outlet. The service and behavior of the person who dealt with me was horrible. It was not professional at all. He was rude and quite offensive. I don’t know who has given him that authority!! The entitlement of that guy was shocking. I am attaching the picture (guy standing at the main counter with the black mask).
I had an amazing encounter with sarvesh in rivoli Dubai mall. One of the best experienced. Its already end of the day yet the smile on his face makes customers feel so welcome and happy. Good job rivoli team! Hoping all stores would have the same customer experience.. kudos!! Ill be back to shop more soon 🙏🙏🫶🫶🫶👏👏👏👏
